To help us sort things out quickly, please include the email address you used when you bought or booked, and your order number if you have it.

Common questions

• Can't find your download? Check your spam folder for the email with your link. If it still isn't there, email us and we will resend it.
• Need to move or cancel a workshop? You can cancel up to 48 hours before for a full refund or a new date. See our terms of service.
• Want to cancel the Club? Use the link in your welcome email, or just email us.
• Anything else? Our FAQ answers the questions parents ask most.
