These terms apply when you buy from or book with Mind Forge Kids through mindforgekids.com. Please read them before you buy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

About us

Mind Forge Kids offers AI learning for children and their parents, through printable courses, live online workshops, one-to-one lessons, birthday parties, the Mind Forge Kids Club and programmes for schools and nurseries. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on the page for each product. Payment is taken at the time you order and is processed securely by Stripe. Discount codes can only be used within the dates shown and cannot be combined unless we say so.

Digital products

  • Printable courses, guides and packs are available to download immediately after payment, and we also email you the link.
  • Because you ask for immediate access, you agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download is made available to you. You will be asked to confirm this at checkout.
  • If a file is faulty or does not match its description, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
  • Digital products are for use within your own family. Please do not share, resell or publish them. Schools and nurseries need a separate licence, so get in touch.

Live workshops and sessions

  • Workshops take place online on Zoom and last 75 minutes. A parent or carer must stay with the child for the whole session.
  • You can cancel up to 48 hours before the session for a full refund, or move to another date. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refunded, but we will try to find you another date.
  • If we have to cancel a session, we will offer you another date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
  • One-to-one lessons and birthday parties follow the same 48-hour rule.

Mind Forge Kids Club

  • The Club is a rolling monthly or yearly membership that renews automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time using the link in your welcome email, or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Safeguarding

A parent or carer stays with the child throughout every live session. Children never use AI accounts during our sessions: the AI account always belongs to a parent. We do not record sessions and chat is moderated. We may remove anyone from a session whose behaviour puts children at risk. Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Karolina Trendel, karolina@mindforgekids.com.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our activities use third-party AI tools chosen by you, and we cannot control what those tools say, which is exactly why we teach children to check what AI tells them.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
